Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyright-protected work is being used without authorization, please provide our Designated Agent with a written notice containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.

  • A description of the infringing content and its location on our Services.

  • A statement confirming your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

  • Your full contact details (name, mailing address, phone, email).

  • A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that your claim is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.

After Receiving a Notice

If your notice is valid, we may:

  • Remove or restrict the infringing content.

  • Inform the content uploader of the action taken.

  • Take further action against repeat violators, including termination.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your signature (electronic or physical).

  • Identification of the removed/disabled material and where it appeared.

  • A statement of good faith belief that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email (if available).

  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where Knest Co is located if outside the U.S.), and agreement to accept service from the original complainant.

Unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit, removed material may be restored within 10–14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notice.
